Requires the latest IOS so doesnt support any older devices! Completely unreadable menus from a terrible color scheme and no way to change it. Should allow you to secure access to the app with an easier to enter key without having to sacrifice the security of your data having a strong encryption key. Needs much easier ways to load lots of data/files into the app. Should have native dropbox/drive/webdav support with sync capabilities built in. Shady tricks to get good ratings it doesnt deserve.

this app is solid and with nice features. (may not always pretty, but get the job done) been using it since 2012, never once had a problem, and the developers keep on adding new features once a while. touch id just in time!

Its very useful for storing various information. Search capability makes finding information simpler.

Pros: Encrypt files on the device and does not require subscription or cloud apps. Cons: No way to retrieve encrypted files if password is lost or forgotten or if the app gets a bricked. Suggestion to the developer: add details view of where the file is in memory and type of encryption would be nice. Highly recommended.

The interface and flow could be improved. But it works great. Thank you.

Can there be a feature to disable autocorrect so that words do not get stored into the systems dictionary? Codebook has that. Also, I need to export data to my hard drive, but cannot find a way to do that... I have quite the lot of entries, so I am not going to be able to copy and paste them all...

Installed Secure Firebox on iPad Air II with iOS 9.1; set up password; entered password. SF accepted password, then went to white screen. No response, just white. I restarted iPad today hoping to fix things and SF treated me as a new user. So I repeated the process from the day before and got the same result. Even if I could get a file into SF, I’m not sure I could trust it at this point.

Everyone needs this if you have countless passwords. If you dont have countless passwords, you should for security. This app works great and is easy to use.

Thanks for a great utility with security options and an app that supports MS Word 2010 password protected files. I have version v5.40 and Im using iOS version 9.1.

At one time I thought Filebox was awsome, UNTIL I had to wipe my iPhone and reinstall it. I have an iPad 4 that it used to work great with (i.e., with the iCloud Backup and iCloud Restore), since I could add info on one device and transfer it to the other one with ease -- NOW it does not work at all because the ID of the Filebox on my iPhone is different from the ID on my iPad! Customer Service at Rottiesoft was totally unhelpful, saying that they had never heard of the problem, and that I should check with Apple. Apple said it was a third-party-app issue that they could not help me with. So now Im screwed. Thanks Rottiesoft!!! I want my money back!!!!
